Introduction

Ghanchi Modi Samaj Seva Foundation (GMSSF) is a non-profit organization that accepts voluntary donations for community welfare, assistance schemes, and helping the needy. We do not sell any products or services. This policy ensures transparency and clarity for all our donors.

Refund Policy

• All donations made to GMSSF are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Donations are used for welfare schemes, community service, and supporting the needy.
• The Foundation is not obliged to refund any donation.
• However, in case of any technical error (e.g., double payment deduction), you may contact us immediately.
• Please email your payment receipt, UTR number, or payment screenshot to MailID. Our team will verify and resolve the issue appropriately.
• If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your bank account within 7-14 working days.

Cancellation Policy

As GMSSF does not sell any products or services, order cancellation is not applicable.

Donation Acknowledgment

After making a donation, you will receive a payment receipt via email or WhatsApp. If your donation is towards a specific scheme (e.g. Kanyadan Yojana, Sahyog Yojana, Putrah Vivah Yojana or Other), an acknowledgment for that scheme will also be provided.
